EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

Deacon Martins Okoronkwo
President and Founder.
Deacon Martins Okoronkwo is the President and Founder of Visions for Nigeria Foundation. Deacon Martins serves as a Cabin Crew Manager / Instructor of the Presidential Air Fleet, Abuja. FCT. Nigeria. He holds series of Professional Qualifications in Public Administration and Air-line cabin crew courses from different countries. Dcn. Martins is responsible for furthering the mission and activities of Visions for Nigeria Foundation by promoting the foundation at all levels. As the president and founder, he is responsible and accountable for the overall management and direction of the Foundation. He is committed to high quality and informed policy advocacy on health, education, and development of communities. His participation in global forums at various levels allows him to promote a range of issues in the areas of volunteerism, human development, poverty eradication, HIV/AIDS, gender equality and the well-being and development of orphaned children and the vulnerable. Deacon Martins is particularly involved with supporting the implementation of development programs that addresses the issues of poverty reduction and the economic needs of vulnerable groups.

Captain Shehu Usman Iyal
Trustee
Captain Shehu Usman Iyal (OON) rightly deserves his position as Patron and Trustee of Visions for Nigeria Foundation. He was there at the inception and proof-read the constitution of the foundation before it was presented to the CAC for registration. His interest in the well-being of the less privileged and most vulnerable in the society has endeared him to the programs of Visions for Nigeria Foundation.
Capt. Shehu Usman Iyal is an expert in Aviation Matters. He is presently the Senior Special Adviser on Aviation (SSA) to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, a position he has held for over eight years. He is married with children. His dedication to duty and service to humanity earned him an OON award of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

DCNs. CHIOMA OKORONKWO.
Director, Medical Unit.
She has been at the helm of the organization since its conception. DCNs. Chioma Okoronkwo provides valuable leadership and direction to the foundation. She has initiated several programs and has managed the Medical Department of the Foundation with great efficiency. She holds a B.A in Political Science and B.Sc. Nursing. Prior to her position as Director, Medical Unit, DCNs. Chioma Okoronkwo serves as a Chief Nursing Officer of Wuse General Hospital, Abuja. Her stint with aforementioned Organization afforded her the experience to have a direct hand in dealing with Health problem / issues of the people.


BARR. OLUMILUA OMOBOLANLE

Director, Legal Unit.
Barr. Olumilua has been with Visions for Nigeria Foundation since its conception and has been involved in the development, Advocacy and Legal activities. She is committed to high quality and informed policy advocacy on health, gender equality and women empowerment. She has several years experience in legal service research and Human development. Barr. Olumilua holds B.Law. Prior to her position as Director, legal unit, Barr. Olumilua serves as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja. Her stint with aforementioned organization afforded her the experience to have a direct hand in dealing with the foundations legal issues and Advocacies.

CHRISTIE ELEOJO ADEJOH
Trustee.
Ms. Adejoh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Masters in Law and Diplomacy. She lectured at the Faculty of Law, University of Jos between 1987 - 1991 from where she joined Express Building Society as Manager Treasury, She served as General Manager/CEO of Kogi Building Society Limited between 1992 - 1994. By 1994 she became Head of Finance and Administration and later Support Services of Global Energy Company Limited (an Oil Service Firm)

In 1996 she became the CEO of Marthee's International Limited, a Management and Legal Consultancy. Ms. Adejoh served on the Board of Directors of the defunct Trade Bank Plc between 2000 - 2003 and she is also a Director of Paragon Events and Tours Limited, Associate Director (Client Services, Events and Sport Sponsorship) Composite Brand Exposure Ltd. Ms. Adejoh is an avid golfer and a former Lady Captain of the IBB Golf and County Club, Abuja, Member; Nigerian institute of Management, Member, Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Member Business and Professional Women - Abuja. She is cited in the 'Who is Who in the 21st Century' 1st Edition by the International Biographical Association Cambridge England 2002. She has keen interest in gender and development issues and public policy analysis. Born on December 20, 1964 at Kaduna, She is very widely traveled.

STAFF CAPACITY
Staff of Visions for Nigeria Foundation is grouped as core staff and volunteer staff. The volunteer base of the organization is sixty five persons and is still on the increase.
