SAVE AN ORPHAN DAY
FCT & Nassarawa States, Nigeria.
Visions for Nigeria Foundation’s “SAVE AN OPHAN” Day focuses on Visiting orphanages, standing in
solidarity, giving aid and praying alongside families in need. The save an orphan challenge reinforces
this call, asking Visions for Nigeria’s supporters to live a free and generous way of life, showing their
solidarity with their global family.
SAVE AN ORPHAN Day creates a natural opportunity to help the less privileged, as it is a time when
Visions for Nigeria’s supporters give thanks, share what they have and make a gift to show their
solidarity with the poor.
THEMATIC NETWORK MEETING ON THE MDGS
‘MDGs Campaign’ organized by Nigeria Network of NGOs.
OUTREACH TO KABUSSA VILLAGE
We have taken a centre focus on Kabussa, a village Abuja Municipal Area Council, FCT which though
somehow close to civilization still lacks evidence of it. During this outreach, we will provide basic
needs like distribution of packaged foods to impoverished people, provide free medical services
through our medical team which is made up of qualified medical doctors and other medical personnel
(our Volunteers). We will distribute free drugs and other relief materials (like clothes, shoes, bags,
toys) and educational materials.
